On your mail, please let us know:
- Your full name
- Your tracking number (so that we can identify your purchase easily and precisely)
- Your request
- In case of damaged Teddy, pictures of it. Pictures must be clear and unretouched. At least 3 pictures must be added to the mail. One seeing the Teddy entirely, and one focusing on the problem it has.
- Your preference between refunding and exchange
The team will answer you within 5 working days.
After the response from our after-sales-service by mail, you will have to return your Teddy within 10 days and give us a proof of transfer, specifying the date. The Teddy must be unused and in its original condition. Returns and exchanges will be based upon approval of product condition.
If the return of your Teddy is because of anything else than damaged product, return shipping fees will be at your charge, and you will be liable of your Teddy until we receive it on our offices. You don’t want to lose your money or Teddy back, so please think safe and package your Teddy professionally.
We offer you two possibilities, either a refund, which will be effective within one month after the reception and inspection of the Teddy; or the exchange of Teddy. We commit ourselves to deliver your new chosen product within 14 working days.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note that if you change your mind when your Teddy is already onto the shipping process, you will not be able to cancel your order anymore.
